The Mazda EZ-60 engine includes a powerful electric powertrain that delivers output levels of 160kW or 190kW. The rear-wheel-drive setup enables smooth acceleration because the EPA1 platform allows operation with pure-electric and range-extender configurations. 

The alternative 80 kWh NMC battery boosts the overall driving range to 628 km which makes it suitable for extended desert journeys throughout Saudi Arabia. Mazda did not publicly disclose additional motor options but the EZ-60 houses a single-motor configuration that maintains driving performance while maximizing fuel economy.

Safety

The Mazda EZ-60 prioritize safety measures through its implementation of dual front airbags combined with ABS with EBD systems and lane-change indicators and parking assist features.
